2011, you are my fitspiration!

THIS IS THE YEAR! I am a student. I am about to begin my last year of school, finishing my thesis for my degree, and planning my life after studies. I am not feeling motivated, especially in work and health, so I hope I can find it through my blog. Join in the discussion, I want (need) this to become a forum, for advice and support, not just my personal diary. Stats: Age: 22 Height: 5ft 7 Female SW: 197 CW: 187 GW2: 177 Gw3:167 Gw4: 157 Gw5:147 Gw6:137 Gw7: 132 Gw8: 127 Gw9:122 UGW10:117 (Maintain a weight which stays between 115-120)

Set your alarm for 6am. Don’t groan when it goes off and pull the covers over your head, get up and start your day. Put on a baggy top and running shorts. Go downstairs and pour yourself a nice big glass of ice water. Cut up some fruit and mix it in with yogurt. Add some granola. Now go outside. Stretch for 10 minutes. Skip for 5 minutes. Jog for 10 minutes. Run for 10 minutes. Walk back. Lay out a towel on the ground and lie down on it. Do 50 crunches. Yes, they hurt, but they are 100% worth it. When you’re done, get in the shower. Use a nice smelling shampoo and matching conditioner. Shave your legs and wash your body. Exfoliate your face. Get out of the shower and let your hair air dry. Look in the mirror. Do you like what you see? If you do, good for you. Do this every day and you will continue to love yourself. If you don’t like what you see, do this every day and pretty soon you will. Being lazy might feel good at the time, but being active feels better in the long run. How badly do you want it?

Today I had two Huge bowls of Pasta primavera carbonara - It was fabulous- and I don’t feel bad about it. Tomorrow I’ll eat my salads and drink my herbal tea. I love that I don’t feel bad about today, that I just had some food - ate my fill and I’m moving on to making my body the strongest it can be.

I’m so impressed with myself - I’ve been eating just meat and vegetables and fruit (home made, everything was freshly bought and prepared by yours truly) and I feel really good, I feel really good without starchy carbs and no dairy - So… in 10 days, I’m going to get rid of the meat (cause I think I’m eating too much of it) and re-introduce the dairy, one cup of milk a day with my protein shake…
it’s really interesting because I’ve been more and more inventive with my food - I’m really trying to use all the seasonal produce I can - pumpkin and apple soup anyone?!
I’ve lost another inch around my chest. Let me know if anyone else has done a similar regimen, your experience with it…

Day Two

So, day two into my eleven week journey. Still on top baby! had just veg and meat today, with a little coffee. and I lost an inch around my thigh (since i last measured in july… and an inch off my waist. Looking forward to the 1st of November when I get my weighing machine back to see if I made any movement on that.
